Our Story

heart 4_edited.png

For twenty-five years, our founder lived the pulse of New York City’s hospitality scene, but when the world paused in 2020, the silence revealed that our communities needed more than just service—they needed a lifeline. Mae's Grace Group was born from this realization, standing today as the beating heart of a new ecosystem where The Mae's Grace Foundation serves as the vital aorta, delivering life-sustaining resources to the body of our community. Driven by a steady rhythm of compassion and industry, we are a centralized life force ensuring that the "blood" of opportunity and funding is constantly generated and pumped into the systemic circulation of the neighborhoods we serve, keeping the pulse of progress strong.

Just as a healthy heart relies on distinct valves to direct flow and prevent backward movement, our portfolio companies—A StokeD Flower Media Production and Mae's Grace Hospitality—act as the essential valves of our mission. Working in perfect sync with our Foundation, these entities regulate the intake of unheard stories and the outflow of essential care, supporting our core commitment to break the cycles of recidivism and relapse. Through robust workforce development in culinary arts, hospitality, and office management, we ensure that hope does not stagnate but circulates freely. This is an investment in human potential, empowering those returning from incarceration and rehabilitation to reclaim their lives and ensuring we all move forward, together.
