Executive Chairman/Founder
A visionary Executive Leader with over 30 years of hospitality experience, including 15 years at the pinnacle of the New York City fine dining and luxury market. A culinary school graduate who refined their craft alongside world-renowned chefs, I have consistently delivered operational excellence through a keen eye for detail, sophisticated communication, and high-stakes problem-solving.
I am now pivoting this lifetime of expertise toward social impact as the Founder of the Mae’s Grace Foundation. My mission is to translate elite hospitality standards into a transformative Workforce Development framework. By leveraging the rigor of professional kitchens and the systems of executive management, I provide justice-involved individuals and those in recovery with the technical and soft skills necessary to thrive in Culinary Management, Hospitality Management, and Office Technology.
