HARVEST TABLE

The "Harvest Table" Initiative is a community-based program designed to combat food insecurity and promote healthy eating by providing access to high-quality, organic food.
This initiative focuses on two core components: a weekly food resource distribution and a monthly community dinner.

Systemic inequities continue to fuel a stark "hunger divide," leaving 24.4% of Black families and 20.2% of Hispanic families without reliable access to food. This crisis is especially urgent for the next generation, with 31% of Black children currently facing food insecurity.

Monthly Community Dinner
On the last Friday of each month, the Harvest Table hosts a free, family-style dinner open to all community members. This component is designed to go beyond simple food provision and build a sense of community.
Weekly Food Resource Distribution
Each week, the Harvest Table Initiative provides pre-packaged food bags to registered community members. These bags are carefully curated to offer a balanced diet of organic produce, lean proteins, and whole grains.
